Court Mandated
52 week batters intervention program
Our Domestic Violence program consists of recognizing the violence, identifying the characteristics of the batterer and the victim, and assist in the understanding of the beliefs and behaviors associated with the abuse. We also identify the environmental influences on the family violence and obtain better control and understanding of negative behaviors. Improve communication skills to obtain a healthier life style.
52 weeks Child Abuse Prevention Treatment Program
Our Child Abuse program observes the developmental milestones from birth to twenty one years old, helps understands child’s behavior, and how to build a healthy positive relationship with family. Observes natural and logical forms of discipline, helps build up positive communications kills, and identifies any violence through the individual believe system and behavior.
Anger Management
Our Anger Management program consists of gaining better control, and understanding of the individual temperament, and sources of stress. Identify the importance of emotions and utilize positive communication skills to defuse negative feelings.
Parenting
Our Parenting program helps recognize and understand the child’s and parents role, by identifying each person’s responsibility within the family. Utilize positive reinforcement and problem solving to develop a free of violence environment. Helps create effective communication skills between the parent and child, and develop awareness of the importance of appropriate nutrition according to the food guide pyramid.
Co-Parenting
Our Co-Parenting assists in the learning of different parenting styles, and builds up positive communication skills between the parents and child, and observed road blocks of communication among family. Identifies the parents separation effect on the child’s, and the child’s behaviors associated with new adjustments. Helps understand the difference between child’s discipline and punishment, and review natural and logical consequences. Improves both parents’ effective parental skills to provide a healthy environment for the child.

Information shared by you in counseling sessions is confidential and is protected to the full extent of the law. Information will not be disclosed to anyone outside the Center without your written permission except when, in the judgment of your counselor, such disclosure is necessary to protect you or someone else from imminent danger or when otherwise required by law.
