"Dr. Saif was great he was very informative and took the time to explain all of my options. As for his assistant she seemed very incompetent she was constantly in the way of the Dr. and she had no idea how to use the computer program. Because of her what could have been a thirty minute appointment turned into three hours because we were waiting on her to do her job. I am not sure if it was the lack of training or mere incompaitence but if it was not for her the rating that I give would be a 5+.
